Cloud Support Specialist I

The Cloud Support Specialist I provides technical supportand system maintenance for clients using Yardi SaaS products. This roleconfigures and supports software in cloud environments, troubleshootsperformance issues, and ensures reliable system operations. The Cloud SupportSpecialist I follows established protocols to execute upgrades, maintainsecurity standards, and assist with automation tools, contributing to a highlevel of client satisfaction within a 24x7x365 support model.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providestechnical support for clients using Yardi SaaS products
• Configures,installs, and supports Yardi software and third-party applications incloud environments
• Troubleshootsperformance and functionality issues in client-hosted environments,including internal automation and scripting tools
• Monitorssystem alerts and responds promptly to maintain uptime and clientsatisfaction
• Executesdocumented procedures for environment upgrades and maintenance, includingrunning PowerShell scripts and automation tools
• Ensuressecurity and standardization of client data handling in accordance withdepartmental protocols
• Communicatesprofessionally with clients and internal teams using platforms such asTeams, email, and ticketing systems
• Collaborateswith international and cross-functional teams
• Participatesin a 24x7x365 support model, including weekends and on-call rotations
• Followscompany business practices, security protocols, and compliance regulationsrelated to cloud support and data handling

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, engineering, math, or related discipline; oran equivalent combination of education and experience
• Oneplus (1+) years of experience with SaaS technologies such as Windows orLinux Server, IIS, server virtualization, SQL, PowerShell, orcontainerization

• Experienceworking in an enterprise environment with standard processes andcross-functional teams
• Experiencedebugging logs and troubleshooting technical issues
