About the role

On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a dedicated, self-driven and highly organized Market Research Analyst to be part of their growing team. The Market Research Analyst supports the organisation's strategic and marketing decisions by gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data on market activity, consumer behaviour, and broader industry trends. This role requires both qualitative and quantitative analysis to help guide positioning, campaign planning, and long-term growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts detailed research on market movements, emerging trends, and consumer sentiment across various asset classes, products, and services.
  • Gathers and interprets behavioural data through digital tools, online surveys, and market monitoring systems to better understand audience preferences and adoption patterns.
  • Stays current with shifts in digital consumer behaviour and emerging trends in online markets and decentralised technologies.
  • Assesses potential demand and market feasibility for new offerings, including digital products, financial services, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Develops internal reports and presentations to inform marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communication frameworks.
  • Works alongside marketing and strategy teams to define product-market fit, refine promotional efforts, and guide distribution decisions.
  • Identifies opportunities for engagement through data-driven insights, helping the company adapt to market needs and remain competitive.

Qualifications needed:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum one year of work experience on relevant position
  • Proven expertise in financial services or cryptocurrency
  • Strong proficiency in tools like SPSS, SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced survey methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence strategy, and present insights to senior stakeholders
