Your ImpactIn this key role, you'll be responsible for the retention and growth of a diverse client portfolio across Lumea's Energy Services business. You'll serve as a trusted advocate for clients guiding them from initial origination through to connection, construction, and ongoing asset management.
You'll drive new business development by identifying and securing commercially viable opportunities aligned with Lumea's strategic goals. While managing both existing and new accounts, your focus will be on growth through successful execution of contestable works contracts.
What You'll BringWe're looking for a passionate and results oriented professional with a proven track record in client relationship management and account strategy. You'll lead high stakes negotiations, working closely with internal stakeholders to craft compelling commercial proposals and secure repeat business.
- Experience in energy infrastructure and/or renewable energy sectors
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in origination, negotiation, and development of large-scale infrastructure bids
- Strategic mindset with refined business acumen and bid/project management experience
- Collaborative and decisive approach to leadership
- Commitment to ethical practice, equity, and diversity
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in securing and executing commercial agreements
- Influencing skills across a range of stakeholders including clients and decision-makers
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
