The Role
As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
- Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
- Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
- Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
- Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
- Upholding all safety and security standards
About You
You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
- Years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of coaching teams
- A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
- A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
