Your Role

As a Senior Delivery Manager at DuluxGroup, you'll lead complex, high-impact transformation programs that span CRM, ERP, and enterprise data platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering integrated technology solutions that modernize legacy systems and enhance customer-facing capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, delivery squads, and third-party vendors to drive strategic outcomes in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT roadmaps.
• Shape and manage key streams in transformational programs involving Enterprise Data Platform, ERP, and CRM technologies integrating into broader IT ecosystems
• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of concurrent projects, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
• Champion customer-centric delivery by aligning solutions with user needs and driving continuous improvement through performance insights

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experiencein senior project or delivery management roles across multiple industries, with strong hands-on leadership in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing and enterprise-scale technology projects, including CRM, ERP, and data platform transformations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels - from executive leadership to delivery teams
• Expertise in risk and issue management, vendor coordination, and quality assurance within complex delivery environments
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to lead diverse teams and drive strategic outcomes
