Senior Delivery Manager - Industrial Developer

Base pay range: A$180,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

Overview

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join a leading property investment and development group, overseeing the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics assets across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland.

Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile, complex projects nationally—from concept through to operational handover. With multiple concurrent developments already underway (valued between $50m–$150m), this role demands a hands-on leader who can balance strategic oversight with technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership – Drive the end-to-end delivery of industrial projects nationally, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Build trusted relationships with capital partners, financiers, consultants, and legal representatives; provide clear reporting on program, budget, and risk.
  • Internal Collaboration – Partner with Development, Acquisitions, Finance, Asset Management and Leasing teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Contractor & Oversight – Lead procurement, tendering, and management of Head Contractors (AS4902 D&C), ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Governance & Risk – Implement robust governance and risk frameworks, providing proactive solutions to technical challenges and authority approvals.
  • Leadership – Mentor and empower a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
About You
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, ideally in industrial, logistics, or other complex asset classes.
  • Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management.
  • Ideally, have worked for a Head Contractor or Property Developer
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially sharp with demonstrated experience in budget management and reporting.
  • A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between VIC, NSW & QLD to manage projects on the ground.
