Your New Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, CRM & Marketing Technology the Senior Platform Delivery Manager- Agent Tools will lead this strategic platform's extensive portfolio, overseeing and setting the direction for the delivery and operations of one of the Fund's most critical and impactful platforms. This leadership role will serve as an influential role not only within the Member Platforms team but more broadly across the Technology and Member domains. As the day-to-day guardian and champion of the platform, the Senior Platform Delivery Manager will straddle multiple concurrent and complex project streams, oversee a large and multi-dimensional team whilst ensuring the platform is operating at its optimum.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Act as the day-to-day lead and face of the platform, nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the fund
• Drive engagement, providing direction and support to all related vendors and service integration partners to deliver complex projects and BAU enhancements in a continuous, iterative release cadence
• Partner with business stakeholders to co-design and support the development of the Agent Tools roadmap and strategy
• Champion business demands ensuring highest business value is achieved through the most strategic and scalable solutions
• Manage platform build and maintenance activities, operational stability, capacity management, systems monitoring and alerting, product licenses and lifecycle management for the CRM platform
• Define metrics and implement mechanisms to measure and improve delivery and operational efficiencies across the platform
• Provide day to day support and people leadership to direct reports but also by extension broader Service Delivery partner resources

What You'll Need

• Significant experience as a senior delivery/ platform manager in a complex organisation, preferably delivering enterprise-wide technology or digital projects
• Strong experience working with agile frameworks within cross-functional agile projects
• Proven ability to work to a structured delivery framework
• Significant experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes
• Developed stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with staff from all levels
• Advanced written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management
• Demonstrated experience managing and directing technical delivery vendors
• Relevant business / technology tertiary qualifications
