We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our supportive Inside Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a company that values collaboration and great service.

About the Role

In this role, you'll help manage customer orders—especially those involving Cisco products—from start to finish. You'll work closely with different teams across the business to make sure everything runs smoothly and customers stay informed every step of the way. No two days are the same, and you'll have plenty of support along the way.

What You'll Bring

• Passionate about customer service and getting it right the first time
• Strong communicator – clear, confident, and concise, both in writing and over the phone
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
• Organised and methodical with strong prioritisation skills
• Any experience with IT networking products is a bonus—but definitely not required
• Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team
• A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do approach
