Marketing Manager role at Catholic Healthcare

Overview

Exciting opportunities exist for a creative, results-orientated and collaborative Marketing Manager to join the team of Marketing Managers and the broader Marketing, Communications, Strategy and Growth team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Digital Manager, you will leverage your creative and digital skills to manage marketing activities for assigned corporate functions and brand initiatives, including strategy development and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise annual brand campaigns across channels including events, social media, email marketing, OOH, radio/TV, and paid digital advertising.
  • Apply brand management expertise to ensure brand guidelines, portals, collateral, assets, and channels are up to date and on brand.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external suppliers/agencies to deliver marketing outcomes.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned corporate functions and brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and agile marketing environment to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder experiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrated relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and tools (social media, email marketing, CMS, analytics).
  • Experience with Optimizely is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools; copywriting, design and UX capability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check.
