Business / Commercial Relationship Manager
Your New Role
As a Business / Commercial Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and managing new lending opportunities, guiding clients through the finance application process, and delivering tailored financial solutions. You'll work closely with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure smooth and timely loan settlements, while also supporting business operations and contributing to growth through strategic networking and referrals.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Experience in commercial/business lending or related financial services
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit policies and business financials
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Creative problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services or equivalent experience
  • Eagerness to learn and support the development of others
