Throughout the program, you'll learn and develop deep insights into what it is actually like to work as a business strategist at Nous. Apply your strategical knowledge to a real-world problem & gain practical experience and knowledge to draw upon in interviews.

What skills will I gain?

Identifying key issues using well-established business frameworks

Outlining a market analysis

Conducting a simple Net Present Value analysis

Providing recommendations and identifying gaps in our diagnostic

What you will do?

Module 1: Identifying key issues(1 - 1.5 hours)

In this module, you will formulate overarching questions and develop a logic tree to help structure your strategic thinking

Module 2: Market analysis(1 to 2 hours)

Develop your hypothesis on the future market outlook and outline your approach for a market sizing analysis.

Module 3: Financial analysis(30 minutes - 1 hour)

Perform a simple Net Present Value analysis for each of the company's products to inform their future production and distribution strategy.

Module 4: Workshop analysis(30 minutes)

Provide recommendations and identify other areas of exploration.
