Welcome to Nous' Digital Strategy Virtual Experience.

In this virtual experience, you will get a taste of what it is like to work with Nous on a digital strategy.

Throughout the program, you'll learn and develop deep insights into what it is actually like to work as a digital strategist at Nous.Apply your strategical knowledge to a real-world problem & gain practical experience and knowledge to draw upon in interviews.

What skills will I gain?

A clear articulation of what the client's future digital operating environment looks like

A set of prioritised digital initiatives

A plan to implement the strategy that considers and mitigates risks

What you will do?

Module 1: Breaking down the problem(30 minutes - 1 hour)

In this module, you will brainstorm some early thinking and break down the problem in a logical and structured manner.

Module 2: Developing a digital strategy for Tip-Top TAFE(1 - 2 hours)

Apply the digital strategy framework to the client's problem.

Module 3: Identifying opportunities(45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Review the current state of digital initiatives and identify the technological opportunities that could be addressed through a digital strategy.

Module 4: Detailing initiatives(45 minutes - 1 hour)

Create a short list of digital initiatives that the client could pursue, drawing on interviews, surveys and industry research.

Module 5: Making recommendations(1 - 2 hours)

Write a project summary which includes an overview of the current situation and your recommendations to the client
