Ideal Candidates for the Talent Pool Will Have
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or reception roles (professional services or medical environments highly regarded)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain professional, welcoming, and resilient under pressure
- A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer and visitor experience
