In this part-time position, you'll play a key role in creating a high-performing, patient-centred environment that supports our doctors, nurses, admin team, and the wider community.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Manage and support the admin team, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance
- Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, patients, and external partners
- Streamline and enhance systems, policies, and procedures to improve service delivery
- Monitor budgets, billing, and financial performance
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the practice
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A problem-solver with a drive for continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
