Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join a program for one of our premium clients based in Melbourne.

The initial contract is 12 months with a possible extension.

Work model: Hybrid, with min 3 days working on site in Melbourne CBD.

The role requires candidates to be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain and maintain an Australian security clearance if required. Must also hold a current police check or be willing to obtain one.

This role will manage the whole test management cycle and will manage the imbedded testing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the whole test management cycle and the embedded testing team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience operationally leading and managing teams of specialists, across geographically dispersed teams
  • Experience using Spira Test
  • Advanced understanding of various testing methodologies for Unit, System, Integration, Functional, Regression, Performance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client engagement skills, at all levels, including ability to discuss program boundaries and scope
  • Ability to remove hurdles
  • Relevant certifications such as Leading SAFe would be advantageous
