ICT Support Officer

The successful candidate will be living in supporting schools around the Clare Region. This role involves performing a range of ICT Support activities within an internal client environment across various business units, with ongoing support, level 1/2 technical support and some server support – BAU, backup and troubleshooting.
Must have current Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities- Provide ICT Support across multiple business units within an internal client environment
- Deliver level 1/2 technical support and assist with server support, BAU, backup and troubleshooting
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting server and desktop environments (hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices, etc.)
- TCP/IP, networking, and information system security principles
- Understanding of communications networks (mainly Cisco focus)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-managed and able to work with minimal supervision
