Overview

On behalf of our client, a leading employment services and training provider who support over 15,000 participants, we're seeking a visionary People and Culture Manager to lead and shape a people strategy which is centred around fostering respect, collaboration and continuous learning.

About the Role

As a key member of the leadership team of this diverse and purpose-driven organisation, you'll drive strategic and operational HR initiatives that empower individuals through education, employment and community engagement. You'll lead a talented People and Culture team and oversee functions including:

  • Strategic HR planning and change management
  • Talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Employee engagement and culture development
  • Performance management and professional development
  • Compensation and benefits strategy
  • HR operations, compliance, and workplace health and safety
  • Stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners

About You

We're looking for a collaborative and proactive leader with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and WHS legislation
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
  • A track record of driving cultural change and organizational improvement
  • Technical proficiency in HR systems and business intelligence tools
