Description:

Why the role?

To meet the needs of our growing professional indemnity practice, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Sydney office for a 5+ PAE insurance practitioner to support the work of our dynamic Sydney team. Working alongside our Sydney Principals, you will be exposed to a variety of insurance matters with a focus on financial lines, including complex coverage, directors' and officers' liability, and professional indemnity insurance.

Skills and Experiences:

Who are you?

• Around 5+ years' post admission experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law, with experience in coverage and financial lines
• Ability to manage client expectations, advise in policy and complex issues with a practical and client focused approach.
• Aptitude to run matters autonomously.
• A clear and concise communication style.
• A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
• Coaching and mentoring of lawyers
• Strong interest in taking your career to the next level
• A team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed
