Overview

Partnerships Manager, SMB at DoorDash. The role focuses on managing a large portfolio of SMB restaurants in Australia, acting as a strategic growth partner to drive revenue, retention, and product adoption through data-informed strategies and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Own a book of high-potential SMB restaurants and build strong, trusted relationships
  • Develop growth plans that drive revenue, boost retention, and create win–win outcomes
  • Analyze data to flag risks, identify upside, and act quickly on opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and unlock impact
  • Surface insights, trends, and feedback to shape better outcomes for merchants
  • Share expertise with the team to help others succeed
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in account management or customer success
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and managing a large book while driving outcomes
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Clear, collaborative communicator and strong storyteller
  • Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments; adaptable and solutions-focused
  • Team player who collaborates and helps others win
