What We're Looking For (Spoiler: It's Not Your Average Manager)

We need a Practice Manager who understands the vision. Someone who sees a 20-year legacy clinic building next-generation digital platforms and recognises where healthcare is heading. You'll report directly to our Chief Medical Officer while working closely with our Head of Customer Experience to create seamless patient journeys.

Your Days Will Look Like This:

Clinical Operations Leadership

You'll coordinate our clinical operations, ensuring our menopause centre runs efficiently while our CMO focuses on strategic initiatives. This includes resource allocation, team coordination, and maintaining the high-quality care standards we're known for.

You and our Head of Customer Experience will work together to ensure clinical delivery aligns with patient experience goals. They're designing the customer journey, you're ensuring clinical operations deliver on those promises.

You'll contribute clinical operations insights to our digital transformation. For the last year, we've been building patient-driven care systems and practitioner-focused workflows. Your operational perspective will help shape these platforms as they develop and launch.

You'll lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals who are committed to changing women's lives. This involves recruitment, performance management, and creating an environment where clinical excellence thrives.

Maintain financial oversight, optimize operational processes, and ensure we stay compliant while implementing new systems and technologies.

What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements:

5+ years in healthcare operations management

Proven track record leading clinical teams through digital transformations

Experience implementing healthcare technologies while maintaining clinical standards

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and emerging healthcare platforms

Professional Approach:

Natural problem-solver who approaches challenges systematically

Strong collaboration skills across different departments and priorities

Commitment to our mission of empowering women through expert care

Comfortable with change and continuous improvement environments

Additional Value:

Previous experience in scale-up or digital health organisations

Background in women's health or menopause care

Understanding of healthcare compliance and MBS billing

Experience bridging clinical operations with technology teams
