Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager located in Croydon Park, NSW. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical centre, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The role includes coordinating with medical professionals, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in healthcare management and administration
  • Proficiency in healthcare-related software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
  • Experience in a general practice or similar healthcare setting is a plus
