With rapid market traction and a trusted brand, they are currently scaling for a new era of growth, leading to this investment into a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to help lead the charge.

The Role

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, this is a pivotal, client-facing sales role ideal for a tenacious, tech-literate hunter ready to close high-value deals.

You will lead strategic new business acquisition efforts across enterprise and mid-market segments — armed with a powerful platform and elite internal support.

This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex client challenges, owns the sales cycle end-to-end, and brings real grit to the table.

You will be entrusted with the autonomy to lead, the tools to succeed, and the backing of a fast-moving, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in target industries
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Shape and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business growth targets
  • Lead client discovery, deliver tailored proposals, and negotiate winning deals
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver bespoke SaaS solutions
  • Maintain pipeline visibility via disciplined CRM usage and reporting
  • Represent the business at industry events and develop strategic partnerships

Your Profile

You will be a results-driven sales professional with a strong business acumen, ideally with 5 + years in B2B solution sales. natural relationship-building ability, with an understanding of deal life cycles that can often exceed 12 months from concept to close.

You understand the consultative sales process and thrive in dynamic environments. Ideally, you understand and have sold SaaS, CX, or technology solutions previously, though more critical is that you are curious, credible, and determined to help clients transform how they engage with their customers.

As a collegiate commercially focussed sales leader, you will join a talented team, determined to open new markets across both enterprise and SME clientele.

Critical for success will be a passion for helping clients achieve operational and CX excellence, with a strong hunter mindset and robust discovery and consultative solution selling skills.
