The opportunity

We're looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst who is passionate about financial markets to join our Investment Operations team. This isn't just a back-office role, it's a dynamic, high-impact position where your insights and precision directly influence how thousands of clients experience the market.

What you'll do

You'll play a key role in managing a wide range of duties including capital raisings, takeovers, demergers, buy-backs, and class actions. You'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing ASX and international company announcements and fund manager communications.

  • Preparing clear, concise client and adviser notifications.

  • Managing client responses and issuing instructions within strict deadlines.

  • Reconciling and processing corporate action transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Supporting system upgrades through user acceptance testing.

  • Meeting service level agreements and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of ASX securities, international assets, managed funds, and bonds.

  • Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Experience in corporate actions is a plus, but not essential.
