The Role

We're looking for an Investment Manager to lead the implementation of market-leading media ideas across our client portfolio including DeLonghi, Mecca, Picklebet, Musashi, Athena, NutraLife and more.

This is an ideal next step for an experienced Investment Executive or Investment Manager with 2–3 years' experience who's ready to step up, take ownership, and drive results.

What You'll Do

• Consistently deliver to campaign objectives in accordance with approved media plan
• Collaborate highly with planning teams to ensure solutions are aligned to strategy and business objectives
• Build strong relationships with media partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Champion processes and ensure excellence in workflow delivery - preparation of WIP reports, compilation of deal tracking and financial administration, campaign monitoring, buying and post analysis processes
• Stay ahead of market trends, bringing fresh ideas and insights to clients and colleagues.
• Act as the custodian of all team processes and supporting documentation that relate to Media Implementation best practice
• Preparation of negotiation documents and monitor all financial commitments to media
• Arrangement of meeting, preparation of WIP reports, compilation of deal tracking and financial administration, campaign monitoring, buying and post analysis processes

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in media investment & negotiation, with multi-channel knowledge.
• Understanding of commercial arrangements with all clients
• Strong attention to detail, experience managing workflow and delegating tasks across the team
• Be informed and able to discuss media trends and current industry issues
• Understanding of buying systems and utilising data to drive audience-based buying
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of Citrix Applications
