Support Australia's largest insurance and dispute resolution firm as a Paralegal, assisting with litigation, legal research, and administration in a leading, award-winning team.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting lawyers in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Supporting legal administrative assistants with tasks such as printing, filing, scanning, and meeting room management.
  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
  • Managing documents, including filing, organisation, and indexing.
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, and court personnel.
  • Preparing and organising materials for court appearances and meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team as needed.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Working within the General Liability team in Adelaide, 2–3 days per week.
About you

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • Final year status in a relevant degree.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Paralegal experience is well-regarded but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
