Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and design-savvy Architectural Sales Consultant to promote and sell architectural products and solutions to architects, designers, contractors, and developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architecture and sales, with the ability to understand project requirements, present tailored solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target architectural firms, contractors, and developers for business development

Present and promote architectural products, finishes, and building materials tailored to client needs

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industry

Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide customized product specifications and project support

Conduct product presentations, lunch & learns, and onsite demos to educate clients on features and benefits

Monitor project pipelines, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets

Stay current on industry trends, architectural standards, and competitor offerings

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence

Provide accurate reporting on activities, forecasts, and market feedback

Ensure all activities align with company sales strategy and brand guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in architectural product sales, construction materials, or B2B technical sales

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and building systems

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong network within the architecture, design, or construction community is a plus
