Job Opportunity

We are seeking Visitor Service Attendants to support our Visitor Services team in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests.

Often the first point of contact on resort, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about high-level customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and want to be part of a dynamic team in the stunning setting of Mt Buller.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow standard operating procedures and demonstrate basic skills and knowledge in Visitor Services.
  • Provide frontline service to customers, handle enquiries and complaints, and process transactions.
  • Offer a professional and friendly resort entry and reception experience for guests and visitors.
  • Manage administrative and transactional tasks, including handling documents, information, and finance-related matters securely.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or first point of contact roles.
  • Experience working in a resort environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Available to work weekends and school holidays.
  • Available from June to 30 September (or the declared snow season).
  • Hold full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a current Australian driver's license.
  • Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check.
