We are now looking for Room Attendants to join our friendly housekeeping team at Peppers Marysville, part of the esteemed Accor group. Set in a stunning location, Peppers Marysville offers a peaceful escape with 100 beautifully designed rooms that blend perfectly with the natural surroundings. Our modern conference and event spaces come with amazing views of the Yarra Ranges National Park and Cathedral Ranges, making it a great spot for any occasion.

Job Description

Our Housekeeping team is a big part of what makes Peppers Marysville such a special place, and Room Attendants are key in keeping our rooms looking fresh and inviting. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisors, you'll be responsible for:

  • Keeping guest rooms, storage areas, and corridors spotlessly clean to ensure the best guest experience.
  • Managing the inventory of linen and other room supplies, making sure everything is well-stocked and ready for guests.
  • Following the right procedures for reporting any lost property, ensuring our guests' belongings are handled with care.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that creates a welcoming environment for everyone.

Qualifications
  • Possess a positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Are physically fit and comfortable working independently.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and are available to work a seven-day roster, including weekends and holidays.
