  • Assist with the daily operations of the toboggan slope
  • Provide top-notch customer service by helping visitors, answering questions, and ensuring safety procedures are followed

  • Assist the Visitor Services and Operations team with other duties as required

Skills, experience and qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing position
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience working in outdoor weather conditions
  • Team player with a willingness to support the wider team as needed

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Have full Australian working rights.
  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
  • Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check.
  • Be available to work weekends and school holidays.
  • Be available from June to 30 September 2025 (or the declared snow season).
