We are seeking a high performing team members to assist with the delivery of premier hospitality products at our brand-new state-of-the-art golf entertainment venue, in Melbourne's East.

The Roles

The role is based at the brand new $15m+ Morack Public Golf venue in Vermont South, Melbourne. The successful applicants will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in throughout our Golf Reception, Driving Range, Mini Golf, Bar and Café Kiosk areas. They will be multi-skilled across these areas creating a flexible and dynamic service team which provides work variety and stimulation. These roles demand hospitable and energetic personalities that enjoy working in a lively and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Driving Range and Mini Golf bookings.
  • Briefing new customers on the facilities and technology to enhance their experience.
  • Processing Food & Beverage orders through POS system.
  • Preparation of an array beverage & cafe products in a consistent and high standard.
  • Delivering food & beverage products to customers throughout the venue in a timely manner.
  • Regularly clearing & cleaning customer areas.
  • Re-stocking and cleaning service areas.
  • Building strong customer relationships and communication of venue offerings and promotions.
  • Establishing a presence amongst customers to respond to queries and monitor that behaviour is adhering to desired vibe.
