About The Role

As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering Whatever/Whenever service that lives up to what our guests expect for a W Hotel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work in partnership with the BTWN Restaurant Management team to execute smooth and flawless operations.
  • Complete all barista opening, cleaning, and closing duties.
  • Develop a complete working knowledge of all food and beverages served in the Restaurant.
  • Ensure that all details of service are performed to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with LQA standards.
  • Maintain proper restock and replenish for the venue, and not limited to the coffee machine area.
  • Perform preventative measures, including maintenance to keep other machines and equipment in working condition.
