About The Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director & General Manager, Mental Health.
In this role, no two days are the same; you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll be part of a collaborative team of Executive Assistants, supporting one another to ensure seamless operations across our Senior Leadership group.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced executive or senior administrator, but most importantly, someone who thrives in a team environment, is flexible, and can confidently navigate changing priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-level executive and administrative support, including managing communications, diaries, and workload prioritisation.
- Preparing briefs, correspondence, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, committees, and events, including agendas, minutes, travel, and logistics.
- Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Acting as a key contact point for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Building strong working relationships with executives, senior managers, and colleagues across HNE Health.

An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
