Director - HR & Admin at Tech Savvy ConsultingWe are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our diverse and collaborative team.

Location: The role is based in Melbourne VIC offering flexible remote work policies.
Role Type: This is a contract opportunity with ongoing extensions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing applications to agreed standards and best practices, including solution design, user, and system documentation.
- Build technical solutions with a focus on user needs.
- Act on any identified process improvements that will assist in a more responsive delivery outcome.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering value with colleagues, using Azure DevOps.
- Work with other development team members to allow them to implement the design, including design and code reviews.
- Participate in Planning and running of the sprint sessions for applicable projects.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development.
- Possess the Salesforce certification Platform Developer I/II.
- Proficient in Salesforce architecture, Apex, workflow design, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, and Custom objects.
- Hands-on experience with complex Apex code development.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of major Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with web services development and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Metadata).
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Communicates with influence. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive, and inclusive team, including in high-pressure periods.
- Ability to succinctly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
