We're on the lookout for a Content Production Lead to join our Brisbane studio.

The Role

You'll lead our QLD content team and manage the full shoot lifecycle, from the first client conversation to the final delivery. You'll scope and schedule projects, support your crew, check edit quality, and keep everything on track through pre-production, production, and post.

You'll spend around 80% of your time focused on workflow, logistics, and client coordination, and about 20% editing content yourself.

What You'll Do

  • Scope projects, schedule shoots, and coordinate the right team for each job
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strong, clear shoot briefs and storyboards
  • Lead internal pre-shoot briefings so the team is fully prepared
  • Attend key shoots as needed to support photographers and videographers
  • Oversee post-production, provide feedback, and deliver final edits to clients
  • Step into Premiere Pro to lead or refine edits when needed
  • Use Asana to manage workflows and ensure shoot planning stays on track
  • Keep file storage organised so assets are accessible for other creative teams

About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a editor with a strong portfolio of storytelling work
  • Experience leading or coordinating content production across all phases
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Some understanding or an interest to learn Illustrator and InDesign will also serve you well in this position
  • Confident editing for social-first platforms like Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and helping shape their creative vision
  • Experienced in or willing to using Asana for shoot and project management
  • Bonus points if you are familiar with TVC editing and broadcast standards

The Details

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Some flexibility required for early, late, or occasional weekend shoots, though attendance is not required at all shoots)
  • Based onsite at our Virginia office in Brisbane (free parking and close to public transport)
