The Company

Our client is an established and successful menswear apparel retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar and Ecommerce presence. Well-known for their quality products at affordable price points, they are continually growing and expanding their business.

Position Description

The Marketing Manager will be hands-on leading marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social and online channels. Owning the social media strategy, managing ecommerce shoots and overseeing brand communications rollouts that connect with their core customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, ecommerce and email channels
• Manage the execution and planning across the brands social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Lead retail marketing execution across stores including window campaigns, in-store POS and shopping centre-based activations
• Manage the coordination of brand photoshoots with the team
• Coordinate the end-to-end communications rollout of seasonal and promotional campaigns
• Work cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, and creative teams to ensure campaign integration and seamless execution
• Support influencer, ambassador, and partnership initiatives aligned to brand storytelling
• Track, report, and optimise campaign performance across channels
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights
• Manage and mentor one direct report

To be successful within this role, you will have

• 2+ years experience in a Marketing Manager role within apparel, ideally for a large scale retailer
• Experience with multi-location campaign rollouts and ability to plan and produce ecommerce or campaign shoots managing creative and logistics
• A can-do attitude, strong organisation skills and be comfortable working in the detail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A creative eye and commercial mindset
