This is a full-time on-site role as a R&D Technical Advisor at Puratos in Sydney, NSW.

What you'll be doing

  • Demonstrate products and concepts to build strong customer relationships.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer production issues.
  • Identify customer needs and market trends to create new products.
  • Collaborate with business development teams on recipes and concepts.
  • Contribute to product development with R&D and Marketing.
  • Maintain and develop business by identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Support business development in positioning products and identifying gaps.
  • Help colleagues and customers build technical knowledge.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and trends, sharing insights with the team.
  • Maintain the Innovation Center's organization and cleanliness.
  • Report customer activities in CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain a network with schools, machinery manufacturers, and professional organizations.
  • Contribute to the internal international technical community.

What we're looking for

  • Rights to work Full Time in Australia (AUS Citizen/PR Only).
  • Minimum Tertiary education in Bakery/Pastry.
  • Hands-on experience in Bakery/Patisserie/Chocolate (Min +3 years combined).
  • Knowledge of ingredients, processes, equipment, and finished goods.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into products.
  • Strong communication and consulting skills.
  • Team player with planning and organization skills willing to share knowledge.
  • Problem-solving ability and flexibility to travel.

What we offer

  • Competitive Salary: A$80,000 ~ A$90,000 (depending on experience) + Superannuation + Bonus.
