Senior Manager, Community Partnerships & Volunteering

Senior Manager, Community Partnerships & Volunteering at Westpac. This role sits within the Community and Foundations Team, which drives Westpac's Social Value Proposition (SVP). You'll lead the charge in shaping how Westpac shows up for communities, especially in education, by building partnerships that matter and designing programs that get our people involved. From volunteering to charitable giving, you'll ensure our efforts are aligned, impactful and inspiring. This is a full-time role based in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices, with flexible working options available.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and partnerships across education, philanthropy and government sectors.
  • Design and manage employee programs like volunteering and giving.
  • Build strong relationships and spot opportunities to grow impact.
  • Apply a practical understanding of social impact evaluation and measure what matters.
  • Collaborate across teams and bring ideas to life with energy and clarity.
Qualifications
  • Confidence leading strategy and partnerships across education, philanthropy and government sectors.
  • Experience designing and managing employee programs like volunteering and giving.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for spotting opportunities to grow impact.
  • A practical understanding of social impact evaluation and how to measure what matters.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and bring ideas to life with energy and clarity.
