This role is perfect for a passionate and experienced retail leader looking to accelerate their management career. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and learning from the management team, enhancing your skills in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.

As a hands-on leader, you'll have the flexibility to work across neighbouring stores as needed and actively engage with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that drives both individual and collective success.

You'll receive tailored coaching and training to help you develop a well-rounded perspective on all dusk operations and leadership and prepare you for your next career milestone within the network: becoming a Store Manager and leading your own team to success.

Responsibilities
  • Support and learn from the store leadership team to develop practical management skills.

  • Engage in tailored coaching and training to prepare for future roles within the network.

  • Experience in retail leadership or a strong track record in customer-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
  • Willingness to work across multiple stores as needed.
  • Passionate, proactive, and results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
