What The Day Will Look LikeYou'll be part of a high-energy team supporting clients with their insurance needs—servicing existing accounts and helping grow new business. Your day will include:
- Managing a portfolio of high-value health clients
- Achieving team and personal targets across acquisition and retention
- Researching market trends and client needs
- Negotiating terms with underwriters
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business
- Navigating multiple technologies with confidence
- Participating in coaching and training to build your technical knowledge
- Handling high-volume quotes, calls, emails, and Salesforce leads
- Connecting with prospects through various channels

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success- 2+ years - Experience in insurance broking or financial services
- Tier 1 accreditation
- A passion for sales and client service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
