About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officers to join our team:

  • A casual position with flexible shift times (AM/PM)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily quality assurance and control processes
  • Perform laboratory tests and compile data
  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality safety systems
  • Inspect and test processed and packed products for compliance
  • Carry out standard and aseptic sampling as required
  • Monitor hygiene and quality in the manufacturing plant
  • Conduct internal audits of processes and systems periodically

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Food Science/Technology or Science
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality in manufacturing environments
  • Ability to solve quality issues and suggest improvements
  • Autonomous and self-starter attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
