Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure is a leading Australian-owned contractor with 30 years of industry experience in Australia and New Zealand.
We design and deliver projects across multiple sectors, including Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy, and Remediation, to build better communities.
The Utilities team offers expertise in strategic planning, collaborative contracting models, and asset management services for water and wastewater infrastructure.
Our team has secured several large framework contracts, including the ABK JV and SFP JV, with major clients such as South East Water and Melbourne Water.
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of various water infrastructure projects in Victoria, ensuring high-quality outcomes, safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with Project Managers to ensure financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects.
- Leading and mentoring a team with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Overseeing financial performance, including revenue forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Building key client and supplier relationships, delivering innovative solutions.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
The role is flexible in location, with opportunities to work from our offices in central Melbourne or South East Melbourne, with travel to sites as required.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record managing large, complex water infrastructure projects, leadership skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
