About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, client communication, and quality control. You will lead project teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and manage projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Oversee health and safety compliance on all projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Resolve issues and risks proactively to minimise delays
  • Prepare reports and assist with tender and proposal development

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years' project management experience in construction, civil, or utilities sectors
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Highly Regarded (but not essential)
  • Qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Cert IV)
  • Experience in underground utility locating or geotechnical projects
  • Construction White Card and Traffic Control certification
