Overview

Senior Financial Accountant / Rockingham / Permanent / $140,000 - $150,000 / Bonuses / Flexible Working

A leading national manufacturing business is looking to recruit a skilled Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. The role will provide broad exposure across the group and will play a key role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

Key duties
  • Lead and execute month end and year end closing processes including accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that will aid in key decision making
  • Coordinate and support quarterly and annual audits
  • Prepare BAS & PAYG
  • Analyze payroll expenses, reconciliations and journals
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
  • Maintain fixed asset register
  • Drive process improvements and support systems initiatives
  • Business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise and coach junior team members
  • Demonstrate experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven ability to improve processes
  • Confident with systems including Excel
Qualifications and experience
  • Experience in a similar Senior Financial Accountant role
  • Strong analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across the business
