Purpose

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and guiding manufacturing products, variations of current products and new products to market. Join the project team to ensure initiation to completion of products is met within lead times and to the required quality standards. In order to be successful, you will bring leadership skills to improve processes, enhance efficiencies, reduce errors and costs through effective stakeholder management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site management to ensure project success. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and project management knowledge to ensure successful project management delivery for a dynamic manufacturing and wholesale business.
  • Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines. Align overseas suppliers and manufacturers with desired outcomes and key ETA's are met. Analyze and problem solve any deviations and apply Project Managment methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Close contact with stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure resolutions are made and customer satisfaction is properly reached through successful conflict resolution and negotiation.

Qualifications

  • BA in Business, Project Management
  • 7 + years' of experience as a project coordinator, or project manager
  • Strong experience in Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
