We're excited to invite a passionate Project Manager to join our team in overseeing critical infrastructure projects, including disaster recovery, roads, water, waste and community infrastructure projects.

Your Role:
As a Project Manager with Lackon, you'll take a proactive, relationship-focused approach to project delivery, embodying our core values of Connect | Confidence | Engage. This isn't just about managing tasks—it's about building strong client relationships, fostering trust, and confidently delivering results that exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Connect with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring a collaborative approach to project success.
  • Confidence in overseeing project deliverables, schedules, costs, quality, and risks to achieve outcomes that make a difference.
  • Engage effectively, building and managing contractual and commercial relationships on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications & Experience:
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a client-focused approach. Your background should include:
  • Relevant Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in project management with a strong focus on infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering government funded infrastructure programs (client-side preferred).
  • Strong skills in budgeting, stakeholder management, and detailed project documentation.
  • Contract Management Experience in the role of Superintendent, Superintendent's Representative, Authorised Delegate or Principal's Authorized Person desirable.
