RDM Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to join and lead our dynamic team in Molendinar.

Role Overview:
As the Sales and Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process and customer service operations. You'll lead a small team and develop strategies to increase revenue, and ensure our customers receive top-tier support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the sales and customer service team to achieve performance targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales outcomes.

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role or within manufacturing or building products industries would be highly regarded.

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a sales team aligned with our company culture.

Proven track record of success in a sales management role

Excellent leadership, people management skills and leading with a positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
