We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Caboolture on a permanent full-time basis. With a team of approximately 10 administration staff and 25 technicians, your role will be crucial in assisting the smooth and efficient operation of our busy office.

Core Responsibilities
  • Handling over 50 inbound calls and email inquiries from clients including domestic, commercial, and builders.
  • Making outbound calls to promote our products and services to existing customers.
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients.
  • Converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure office efficiency.
  • Meeting call and sales targets.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records while ensuring compliance.
  • Managing email correspondence independently.
  • Supporting team efforts to foster a positive work environment.
  • Gaining knowledge of all aspects of the business, including pre-construction and commercial pest control.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or call centers is essential.
  • Experience in scheduling technicians in a service industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Proficiency with multiple database systems, email, and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer experience.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, punctual, and professional.
