The Employee's specific duties are as expected for the Position, including all the administrative functions relating to the Position.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle escalated matters with confidence, always ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance within your area of responsibility.
  • Represent Automic Group at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, strengthening the organisation's brand and influence.
  • Inspire and lead a talented team, building collaboration, innovation, and a culture of high performance.
