Our team is collaborative, passionate, and driven to create work that connects with audiences and gets results.
We're now looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Sydney team, managing end-to-end digital design and production projects for one of our key clients. This is a hands-on delivery role with a focus on process excellence, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality control at every stage.
You'll work closely with both our internal creative and production teams and the client's in-house team to ensure fast, effective collaboration.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple digital design and production projects, from briefing through to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact for project progress.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brief requirements and are reviewed against feedback before sharing externally.
- Coordinate and manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate weekly WIP meetings, providing clear updates on current and upcoming projects.
- Manage and enforce process requirements — e.g., ensuring design rounds are reviewed internally before client presentation, sharing files in the correct format (Figma, PDF, etc.), and building review steps into timelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks to keep projects running smoothly.
- 5+ years' experience in digital project management within a digital or creative production environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients in a collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident in leading processes that ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Google Slides, and PDF review workflows.
- Must be Sydney-based and able to work onsite at MIK and with the client.
