The City of Cockburn is establishing a pool of suitable applicants for Customer Service Officers. Appointments will be made on a casual basis. Applicants assessed as suitable but not offered immediate work will be placed in a casual pool, which will operate for 3 months from the date of the initial placement in the pool, from which further employment opportunities may be offered.

Cockburn is one of the major coastal cities found in the state of Western Australia. With a current population of over 120,000, the City is dynamic, rapidly growing and an exciting place to be.

Situated just 22km south of the Perth CBD, Cockburn boasts an amazing coastline, beautiful beaches and parks, and is supported by a rich mix of community facilities and diverse employment opportunities.

The Position

We are currently looking for casual Customer Service Officers to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience at Cockburn ARC in line with our service vision "outstanding service people talk about". This position requires flexible availability and hours of work may include early morning, late evenings and weekends.

  • Experience working within a highly collaborative, flexible environment across a range of service areas.

Hourly Rate: $42.36 per hour including 25% casual loading

In your cover letter please include a statement outlining your availability between the hours of 5am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 7am – 6pm Saturday to Sunday.
